Placing an Order

How do I place an order?
Choose a set, select shape + length, add your sizes, and checkout. Custom sets include a required short description field.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes allowed within 24 hours only if we haven’t started production.

I entered the wrong sizes. What do I do?
Contact us immediately. If the set isn’t made yet, we can update it. If it’s already made, a new set must be purchased.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards, ShopPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure methods.

Is your checkout secure?
Yes — fully encrypted. We never access or store payment details.

Why was my payment declined?
Incorrect billing info or a bank security block. Try another method or contact your bank.

Are orders refundable?
Custom orders are final sale. If we make a mistake, we’ll fix it.
